RANDOM DRUG TESTING: A WAY FOR STUDENTS AT SCHOOL TO BE SAFE The Philippines is known today for the country's anti-drug campaign headed by the President. Rodrigo Duterte. Drug dependents are rampantly increasing which causes society to be unsafe. Society may be prone to a lot of different murder cases where most murderers are using drugs. The worst part of it is that most drug users are teenagers. Random drug testing is a good way in keeping peace on school premises. The Department of Education (DepEd) Order No. 40 series of 2017 causes a lot of arguments between the administration and the subject of the said order including the parents. This action is an act of attacking students' rights. To think that they are minors, their rights may be violated and in some way, it is really confidential and may destroy the image of the particular school where there are real users.
